Change of name deed
We offer a “Change of Name Deed” service for any adult over the
age of 18 and, in certain circumstances, to children under the age
of 16.
A name deed is an acceptable document to prove that a person has
changed their name. It should be used in conjunction with a birth
certificate and other supporting documents. The Passport Agency and
other government departments are happy to accept a name deed as
documentary evidence to change a name on a passport or other formal
documents.
A change of name deed will be prepared and witnessed by a
trained Registration Officer and you will receive your name deed at
the end of your appointment.
We will keep a permanent record of your change of name deed and
you will be able to apply for replacement copies should you loose
the original copy.
We will provide a fast, efficient and personal service for
completing your name deed at a very competitive price. For more
information and costs, or to book an appointment, please contact
us.
