Volunteer Centre Rochdale Borough

The Advice Service provides training to voluntary groups working in the borough of Rochdale. Our spring and autumn training programs will be published on this page as soon as dates and venues are known. Our spring program is usually in April and May and our autumn program is in October and November.

We offer training courses in the following areas:

Our training courses are not open to individuals who are not members of a voluntary group, or to groups operating outside of the borough.

To book on our training courses please either email us or contact us via the advice line, using the details in the right hand column. Please ensure that you are clear about which course(s) you want to book, which organisation you belong to, and how we can contact you to confirm your booking.

Courses tend to fill up quickly and we would be grateful if you could let us know if you are unable to attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

In addition to the above annual training dates we may be able to offer one off training sessions or talks to organisations. This will be dependent on staff availability, and you should contact the advice line with these queries.
