Trading Standards:

We visit, inspect, and test products and services in accordance with our Enforcement Policy. Our role is to protect the interests of both consumers and businesses in the borough.

Consumer Direct:

Consumer Direct is government funded to provide Trading Standards advice services; providing basic advice and information on a wide range of consumer and business problems. More complex problems, or complaints requiring further investigation or assistance, are referred to our Trading Standards or other advice services.
