Housing Market Renewal Pathfinder
Organisations in Oldham and Rochdale are working closely
together as Partners in Action for the benefit of both areas. A
major example of this co-operation is a Housing Market Renewal
Pathfinder Project to improve demand for homes in less popular
areas.
The Pathfinder Project aims to improve demand for
homes in Oldham and Rochdale and is one of nine such Pathfinder
Projects in the North and Midlands.
