Claiming benefit that you're entitled to is your
right. However, we're aware that some people feel
uncomfortable asking for assistance, or have difficulty filling in
forms.
The online form uses internet technology to make it quick and
easy for you to fill in and complete. It is interactive, and will
help and guide you to fill it in correctly. You will only be asked
questions that are relevant to your circumstances.

We may be able to visit you at home if you're elderly
or disabled, can't get out and need benefit advice. We realise some
customers have difficulties coming to our offices. To request a
home visit contact us.
You can also get information and assistance on benefits
from organisations such as Citizens Advice Bureau.

Once you've completed the online form, post all your
evidence to us at the address on this page. Please provide original
evidence as we can't accept photocopies.
