Contaminated land strategy
Under Part 2A of the 1990 Environmental Protection Act 1990 are
required to publish a written strategy on how we propose to
inspect areas for land which may meet the statutory definition of
contaminated land.
We have published a strategy in accordance with these
requirements, however this is currently been reviewed, once
completed it will be available to be downloaded as a PDF
document.
